What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and build a pipeline of commercial clients (contractors, real estate investors, small to mid-sized businesses)
• Submit and manage quotes through our agency’s carrier appointments
• Communicate coverage options clearly and confidently
• Manage renewals and client relationships to retain accounts long-term

What You’ll Need:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (Texas or other state)
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or service
• Self-motivation and ability to manage your own leads and follow-up
• Access to a laptop, phone, and internet (CRM, AMS  and VoIP provided)

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in a niche market (contractors, retail, manufacturing, real estate, etc.)
• Prior experience as an independent agent or 1099 producer
• Working knowledge of common markets like Chubb, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, etc.

Compensation:

• Commission-only model with tiered commission structure
